TRACK becomes HVV’s communication partner

Hamburg, September 2019 – After a multistage selection process and subsequent pitch, Hamburg agency TRACK was able to succeed at HVV (Hamburg’s public transportation authority).

HVV is responsible for the management of the entire transport service for three German federal states, seven municipalities, and around thirty transport companies, i.e. for all bus, ferry, subway, city rail, commuter train, and regional rail services in the network area.

TRACK’s tasks include the creation and implementation of communication measures with a focus on customer loyalty. HVV and TRACK will also collaborate on other topics.

TRACK is responsible for the complete development of campaigns and individual measures in select areas, for both print and digital media. In addition, the agency will head strategic development and support in the area of customer relationship management. The goal of all projects is to increase the efficiency of communication via optimum customization.

“As a Hamburg agency, we are of course particularly pleased to be working for such an important client in our region. What’s really special is our emotional closeness to the customer and the product. Plus, we can utilize our full expertise surrounding Smart Data in many different ways,” explains Reza Ramezani, Chief Creative Officer CRM & Data at TRACK.

TRACK already won projects and accounts for Lindt in FCMG as well as Barmenia and ADAC in the insurance sector this year.
