Hamburg, September 2019 – Following the successful pitch for Lindt Excellence’s dark chocolate range, TRACK mastered yet another international project. The Hamburg agency produced a TV commercial for the launch of the first Lindt Excellence milk chocolate range with high cocoa content.
The main protagonist in the German market is Lindt’s Maître Chocolatier, one of the best-known advertising personalities in Germany. Accompanied by sophisticated chocolate images, he explains the special features of the new product.
Lindt Excellence dark milk chocolate is milk chocolate with a high cocoa content of 45%, 55%, or 65%. Lindt Excellence’s new product range contains less sugar and tastes less sweet than your typical milk chocolate. The varieties are particularly appealing to consumers who find conventional milk chocolate too sweet and prefer more taste-intensive cocoa nuances.
“The new product is delicious, but it also has to be explained as a new chocolate range. No one can do this better than Lindt’s Maître Chocolatier,” explains Britta Poetzsch, CCO Campaign at TRACK, who also directed this ad. Effectiv Team developed the intricate chocolate images, French food specialist, Jean Poisson was behind the camera, and Harvest produced the commercial.
Simultaneous to the launch in the German market, the product was also rolled out internationally.
