TRACK completes first project for adidas
TRACK helped adidas optimize their omnichannel communications for the “adidas Originals” and “adidas Sports Performance” divisions.
Raising awareness for the “Click&Collect” and “Order in Store” services was the primary goal of the project. The services needed to be more transparent, and they needed to be communicated at the right time in the customer decision journey. POS and online channels had to work together to enhance and enable an excellent shopping experience.
TRACK developed in-store and digital communications for both services. These materials are being used on a global level. TRACK also produced a film for the “Click&Collect” service, and the omnichannel consumer journey on adidas.com was additionally optimized for this area.
