TRACK expands management with high-caliber executives

Hamburg, February 27, 2020 – Due to greatly successful business development with new and existing clients in recent months, Hamburg-based agency TRACK is strengthening its management team with three high-profile additions.

Kirsten Schmidt is a new Client Services Executive Director. Kirsten is no stranger to TRACK. She already worked for the agency from 2016 to 2019 as a Client Services Director. After a stopover at Jung von Matt/Saga, she is now returning with extended responsibilities. Along with CCO Campaign, Britta Poetzsch, Kirsten will manage and support the classic brand clients at TRACK such as BMW Motorrad, Lindt, Barmenia, OLB, and Three Sixty Vodka.

New on board is strategist Holger Schneider. Holger comes to TRACK from Lagardère Plus, where he headed the Intelligence Unit as Vice President Brand Consulting. Previously, he worked for Lufthansa as Marketing Director for Brand Strategy and Customer Insights and finally as Managing Director responsible for the development of the Lufthansa Innovation Hub. His other stations include Scholz & Friends, SYZYGY, and Jung von Matt. As a Chief Strategy Officer at TRACK, Holger will be responsible for the further development of a data-driven and touchpoint-spanning customer journey.

Last, but not least, Malte Ploghöft will support the consulting side of TRACK as a Client Services Executive Director. He is an experienced professional with extensive communications expertise. Malte comes from Zum goldenen Hirschen, where he worked as Managing Director Consulting in Hamburg. Prior to that, he spent many years at Publicis, where as Head of Business, he managed the national and international client business for the Publicis Dialog brand. At TRACK, Malte will head the CRM division for clients such as L’Oréal and McDonald’s, contributing his vast skill set to the team.

CEO Phillip Schilling adds: “The communicative requirements for brands are becoming increasingly complex, because we now pursue very different customer journeys across various channels. Plus, the consulting demands on agencies are increasing if they want to truly offer added value. I am highly pleased to welcome three experienced individuals, who have all gathered the knowledge required to provide a holistic perspective during their careers in a wide variety of positions.”
