TUI Cruises appoints TRACK to handle three areas of marketing communications

Hamburg, July 4, 2018 – Following a successful pitch, TRACK emerged as the winners and picked up the brief from TUI Cruises for not one, but three business segments: CRM, trade marketing and product communication. The Hamburg agency’s primary task is to develop an overall strategic and creative concept for all three segments and implement it for the sophisticated, premium-class TUI Cruises “Mein Schiff” fleet.

Strategies for automated and data-driven CRM programs serve as the focal points for the partnership, together with the continuous development and individualization of on-board media – and the equipping of approximately 9,000 travel agencies on the German market. TRACK and TUI Cruises started working together in May 2018.

This new client is the latest in a series of new business successes for TRACK in 2018. It was recently appointed by BMW Motorrad as its lead global creative agency. It has also won the CRM account for Vorwerk’s innovative Temial tea maker – as well as the account to develop and manage the community platform of German discount giant, Aldi Süd.
