Track wins Silver at the Annual Multimedia Award 2025!

This year, we convinced the jury of the Annual Multimedia Awards with the world’s first on-demand gift for our client Vodafone. The project won Silver in the category of Digital Special Formats.

What’s special about the campaign? Personalized birthday greetings in real time!

We surprised over 20 million Vodafone customers on their birthdays with a hyper-personalized video, composed in real time from six individual variables in image and sound: name, birthday, region, city, street, and device.

But that’s not all! For an extra surprise effect, a digital gift voucher landed in the email inbox or WhatsApp chat in real time while watching the video.

The campaign was a phenomenal success: 54% open rate, 38% click-through rate, and an incredible 95% of videos played! The comments ranged from “I’ve never received anything as cool as this, thank you” and “You are the best, thank you” to “How nice you thought of me”.
