Miles & More, Europe’s largest frequent flyer loyalty and rewards program has awarded TRACK its direct marketing account. The Hamburg agency picked up the brief following a multi-stage selection process in which it went up – and won against – the incumbent agency Serviceplan One (among others). The change comes into effect on April 1, 2017.
Over 20 years of experience and cooperation with approximately 300 partner companies has helped make Miles & More proven experts in successful customer retention. For this reason, the selection of the new agency partner was focused on winning specific expertise in highly personalized dialog marketing – from strategy through to creative development, planning, and implementation.
