Hamburg, February 2017: Miles & More, Europe’s largest frequent flyer loyalty and rewards program has awarded TRACK its direct marketing account. The Hamburg agency picked up the brief following a multi-stage selection process in which it went up – and won against – the incumbent agency Serviceplan One (among others). The change comes into effect on April 1, 2017.
