Hamburg, May 2018: Following a multi-stage pitch process, Munich-based BMW Motorrad has appointed Hamburg agency, TRACK as its creative lead, responsible for international client communications. The entire pitch was overseen by Hamburg-based consultants, Dr. Steiner & Carretero.

TRACK started managing the international BMW Motorrad account on June 1, 2018. The team, led by Britta Poetzsch, Chief Creative Officer Campaign, and Phillip Schilling, CEO, can’t wait to get the motor running.

As lead agency, TRACK is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic communication concepts in all global markets, as well as all creative and campaign concepts for the launching of new motorcycle models, services, and after-sales products.

TRACK is also entrusted with coordinating the activities of all other BMW Motorrad agencies. This includes working alongside these teams to set up interdisciplinary work groups as well as operational procedures for the management, planning, and implementation of brand management, digital initiatives, CRM, and brand experience as well as social media engagement. By  integrating brand management, CRM, and digital marketing, TRACK can draw on its comprehensive expertise in orchestrating complex brand-building processes.

The BMW Motorrad Brand Communication and Customer Relationship Management team is the Hamburg agency’s first point of contact.
