Triple award win for TRACK

TRACK was among this year’s winners at two of Germany’s most high-profile competitions, taking home a trio of awards.

At the Annual Multimedia Awards, TRACK’s work for Vodafone won gold and silver in the categories Best Use of Data & AI and Newsletter & E-Mail Marketing. The winning entries were the most ultra-personalized video of all time and an energy-saving, environmentally friendly “dark mode to green mode” mailing. Celebrating innovative and creative ideas and solutions in the digital realm, the Annual Multimedia Awards are among the most important digital awards in the German-speaking world.

At the German Effie awards, the agency secured bronze in the category CRM / Loyalty Program with its creative and successful CRM concept for Samsung. The winning entries were an attention-grabbing mailing and probably the “dirtiest newsletter of all time.”

Created to promote and celebrate the world’s most effective advertising, the Effie Awards highlight effectiveness in marketing communications and the contribution it makes to companies’ success. Today, there are Effie awards programs in 57 countries around the globe.

Both campaigns epitomize a people-centric marketing approach that uses data and technology to offer personalized and motivational experiences.
