Felicitas Lentz appointed Chief Marketing Officer at TRACK

Hamburg, 13.05.2024 – When it comes to agency marketing, she certainly knows her craft. Felicitas Lentz, 44, worked at The Observatory International, a pitch and marketing consultancy, for almost 10 years, most recently as Managing Director & Senior Consultant. She advised companies on agency selection as well as on the implementation and management of pitches and alternative selection procedures. She is also an expert in agency organisational structures, remuneration and relationship management. She is now bringing her extensive expertise to her new position as Chief Marketing Officer at TRACK, specialists in creating personalised brand experiences in a connected world.


Felicitas Lentz is now responsible for New Business, Marketing and Communications at the Hamburg-based agency. “Thanks to her years of experience in advising national and international clients such as BMW, Lufthansa and Mercedes-Benz, Felicitas has a comprehensive understanding of the market and the challenges facing companies today – especially when it comes to data, processes, automation and AI. With this insight, she will play a pivotal role in the future marketing of our agency portfolio,” enthuses Sandra Voss, Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer at TRACK.


After studying Media and Communication Studies in Münster, she held various project management positions and worked as Senior Consultant at cherrypicker, a leading agency search consultancy in Hamburg. In 2015, she joined The Observatory as Senior Consultant, and was promoted to Managing Director in 2019.
