For just over a year, TRACK has been the lead dialog marketing agency for Miles & More, Europe’s leading frequent flyer and rewards program. Numerous projects of various sizes and complexities have been completed to date. However, one in particular has been especially exciting – the 25th anniversary of Miles & More. To mark the occasion, TRACK developed a campaign that celebrates the wide range of services and products Miles & More offers, giving its partners the opportunity to present themselves and advertise their current offers.
Using the slogan “Up for More,” the campaign has presented special partner offers and competitions with interesting prizes every month since July – and this will continue until December 2018. All offers and promotions are communicated on the anniversary website, via newsletters and emails, on the Miles & More app, at airports, in airport lounges, in partner airlines’ inflight magazines, and via other media.
Anniversary motifs were shot by photographer Ina Schoof at Hamburg Airport. These motifs aim to convey the strength of the association between reality and wishes as well as travel and arrival. They can be seen on various Miles & More and Lufthansa Group media channels, and also viewed as animated cinemagraphs on the Miles & More website.
